At Lunère, we take pride in delivering high-quality jewelry with careful packaging and quality checks. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send the following details:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos or video of the package
- A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days.
Refunds
If your request is approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement product (subject to availability), or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during sale or clearance (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
